How does it work?

We will use sound to reveal your deepest self and your true power. It is a profound and wonderous journey that I will guide you through with the blessing of our ancestors, guides and divine light.

Month 1: Clarity

• Discover your strengths and weaknesses
• Uncover the blocks and fears that are holding you back
• Declutter your life and clear the path for better things
• Dream about the life you really want

Month 2: Connection

• Connect more deeply with your authentic message
• Look at how your life interacts and fits together – work, home, social life
• Identify what supports you in your life and reach out to help you take next steps
• Make authentic contact with people who can help you

Month 3: Creation

• Strategically build a foundation for the life you want
• Put together the new feeling of who you are and your strengths
• Focus on inviting others to finally see the real you!

Work with Aideen and you will become more self-aware and uncover the confidence you need to stand out in situations that you currently hide in.

Progamme includes:

9 x 90 minute mentoring sessions (3 per month)

Accountability and encouragement as needed
