Vocal Freedom Workshop – Tramore
11-4pm Sunday 27th October
This is the first of a series of new workshops focusing on releasing your voice for better connection and self-expression with vocal coach Aideen Ni Riada.
We each have a story to tell. We each have something we need to say. How can we feel strong enough to speak even when those around us are not really listening?
How can we communicate with love even when we are feeling angry, hurt or confused?
Join us for vocal exercises, mantras, discussion and connection. This can be your new beginning.
